Summer 1980 - My Life

Railrover80 attempts to recreate the look and feel ofwhat we were actually doing in the late 70s/early 80s. Of course trying to remember what actually happened almost fifty years ago is a bit of a challenge to say the least! We may remember the good times but our minds seek to forget those occasions when events conspired against us and the outcome was, well, let’s just say we had a bad day. To write this blog I can rely on two sources, the first of which is my 'moves' book. I now have all my journeys in a spreadsheet and can see what I actually did each day. The second source is my diary, a written record of what was going on, who I was with and why I managed to make a success or a failure out of the day. This blog combines them both to recount the events that my game attempts to recreate.
